Huawei P50 Pro
The Huawei P50 Pro was launched in China back in July last year. It took this phone quite a bit of time to arrive to global markets, but here it is. The handset is made out of metal and glass, and it does look quite sleek. This smartphone features two circular cutouts on the back, for the cameras, and it has really thin bezels. Its display is curved, while a display camera hole is included on it. The phone features a 6.6-inch 2700 x 1228 OLED display, with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC in its global variant, though it does not support 5G, only 4G. This phone comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. A 4,360mAh battery is also a part of the package. It supports 66W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging (Huawei SuperCharge). 50, 40, 13, and 64-megapixel cameras can be found on the back of this phone. The first two are “True-Chroma” cameras, while the latter two are ultrawide and telephoto units, respectively. This phone is IP68 certified for water and dust resistance, while it comes in Golden Black and Cocoa Gold color options. The phone measures 158.8 x 72.8 x 8.5mm, while it weighs 195 grams.
Huawei P50 Pocket
The Huawei P50 Pocket is also made out of metal and glass, and it also has a display camera hole on its main display. Its bezels are really thin. This phone also has a secondary display on the back, which is quite petite. The phone’s main display measures 6.9 inches, and it offers a resolution of 2700 x 1228. That is an OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, and 300Hz touch sampling rate. Huawei’s P50 Pocket handset is also fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, which supports 4G connectivity. Its White and Black models include 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The Premium Gold model comes with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. A 4,000mAh battery is included in the package, and it supports 40W Huawei SuperCharge wired charging. The phone ships with EMUI 12, and it measures 170 x 75.5 x 7.2mm (15.2mm when folded). It’s also half its height when folded. Of course. The phone weighs 190 grams. 40-megapixel True-Chrome camera heads this camera setup, with a 13-megapixel ultrawide unit, and a 32-megapixel Ultra Spectrum Camera. A single 10.7-megapixel camera is available on the main display.
